"New Year's cake cutting" Event: A Step Forward
The Company’s “New Year’s cake cutting” event was successfully held, marking the beginning of the new year and providing an excellent opportunity to reflect on the achievements of 2024 and present the company’s strategic goals for 2025-2027.
The past year was full of challenges and significant changes and the company managed to maintain a steady growth trajectory, achieving important results that strengthened its sustainability and prosperity.
One of the most significant projects of 2024 was the successful relocation of our warehouse and distribution Center to Aspropyrgos-Attica, along with their modernization. The completion of this project improved our internal operations, ensuring continued excellent service to our clients, even during peak demand periods.
As part of our investment plan, we also completed the solar park at our owned facilities in Acharnes. This project underscores our ongoing efforts to reduce our ecological footprint and reaffirms our commitment to a greener and more sustainable future.
In addition, 2024 marked the launch of our internal training program, which became a key step in enhancing the skills of our employees. These training sessions ensure that our workforce has an in-depth understanding of the Group’s product solutions and is better equipped to meet the needs of our clients and partners with greater efficiency.
At the same time, the company continues to invest in its employees by providing new educational opportunities and additional benefits to enhance their well-being and satisfaction.
During the event, the Executive Team presented KSA|Group’s strategic plan for 2025-2027.
Our strategy centers on advancing technology and innovation, with a strong focus on expanding our partner network. To support this, we will implement a new program of regular training on specialized topics. Additionally, we will strengthen our staff training programs to ensure they stay current with the latest industry trends and continue delivering high-quality services.
The event concluded with the honorary recognition of two colleagues who have completed over 30 years with the company. Their dedication and contributions to the development of KSA Group were acknowledged and celebrated, highlighting the importance of our human resources to the company’s success and growth.
The year ahead promises new challenges, but also many growth opportunities.
