About the position!

We are looking to hire an HR Specialist to join our dynamic organization.

As an HR Specialist, you will be collaborating with the management team to improve work relationships, providing daily HR guidance and consulting when and where needed, contributing to maximizing our human capital capabilities, to satisfy our customers’ needs and drive sustainable growth.

You will manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from selection and recruitment to performance appraisals, training programs, career planning, and talent management.
You will manage and assess all HR processes, documentation, and records, yet also suggest and design new HR procedures, documentation, and tools.

What it takes to succeed:

We are looking for a BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years of proven experience in an HR department, who would enjoy working in a dynamic environment with modern challenges and wishes to make a difference.

We want him/her to have a good understanding of the ways to approach employees, to be an active listener and an excellent communicator both in Greek and English, a good player capable of integrating easily into wider work groups and building sustainable relationships, able to act responsibly, in full faith and integrity.
Knowledge of the Greek working law will be welcomed.
